Hotel Alexandra

A beautifully quirky hotel, lovely helpful staff, centrally located, fabulous breakfast and unlike most hotels we’ve stayed in, very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows 🤍. If we ever visit Lyon again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for putting guest comfort at the heart of what you do.

A charming hotel in the very centre of Lyon, next to the main attracitons in town. Nice ambiance, very friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast, charming room, safe and comfortable.

The hotel is very well located, but we enter a sort of tunnel to reach the elevator that must be called to go up to the first floor where the reception and the room for breakfast are located. To be at peace, this is not the right place; the phone rings, clients check in, and there is the exit in the breakfast room. The room was small as indicated on Booking, but the shower had no walls, with slippery tiles that needed to be wiped with large towels to avoid falling if you take a second shower or use the sink. Given the high price of the room, I advise you to choose another establishment that is cheaper and offers a bit more amenities. Nothing to report. Charming staff.
