Review in English to follow: We booked an apartment for 2 nights in July 2026. Upon our arrival, the room strongly smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and the condition of the couch, beds, and the entire accommodation was well below what was presented in the listing photos. We did not feel comfortable staying there with a 13-year-old and left within 20 minutes of our arrival, without even unpacking our bags. We did not use either the breakfast or the late checkout that we had paid for. The management acknowledged the smell of tobacco but refused any refund, on the grounds that a replacement room had been offered, and instead offered a free night at a later date as a goodwill gesture. We requested a refund for the night and the unused services, in accordance with their own cancellation policy in the event of early departure. The establishment may be suitable for some travelers, but the accommodation we were assigned did not match its listing, and the response to a departure that occurred 20 minutes after check-in was not acceptable. A residence where one is welcomed with kindness by the director and his collaborators. I appreciated the advice given, such as the possibility to be satisfied on specific requests for kitchen, dishes ... This personalization allows a stay in a pleasant atmosphere and a constructive and trustful dialogue with a director at your disposal. For example, my companion who stayed at the Splendid in Dax, in a much more sumptuous and comfortable setting, was shocked by a lack of reception and sympathy from a very administrative staff! On the other hand, a renewal of the chairs and sofa and a less neglected entrance to the lake residence would be welcome!

Young man has very friendly and very professional welcome. Many bugs in the room related to the location as this is not the first time I frequent the residence. Too bad not very welcoming
