Nice place, close to everything on foot. Small downside, some work should be planned because the whole thing is aging. And in view of the repeated heatwaves, an air conditioning system would not be a luxury. Mention to the gentleman at the front desk who is pleasant and obliging.

Hello, We have a mixed opinion of this residence. Firstly, we were asked 106 € tourist tax, for 2, for 14 nights, which is 3.80 €/person per day. It's really expensive. We went to the town hall, in fact the apartments are not listed as a hotel or a club, so the tourist tax does not depend on any scale and we were charged a high rate. You should know before booking. Then, if you want to participate in the conversation of your neighbors on the balcony, it is possible, because they are so close and not soundproofed. We did not spend a single quiet meal and learned a lot about the lives of our neighbors. The apartment otherwise is fine. We were only 2, absolutely correct. There is a dishwasher but not very economical since there is not much dishes! He turned a little empty. The room is small but there is storage and finally we only stay overnight! the bedding was good. The seaside resort is nice, lively, super nice market. As for swimming, we set foot in the lake but it smelled so mud that we did not risk a shoulder. The water was yellow. The ocean is not very far, if you like big stunning waves:-) We visited a few resorts next door, nice (Capbreton, Seignosse then Hossegor (very lively). Then the Basque Coast where we preferred to swim (Ciboure or Hendaye or St Jean-de-Luz). In summary, this residence is perhaps good if the noise does not disturb you...

We have been there several times but for the last two years there is a serious problem of co-ownership (visibly during the General Meeting) So the green spaces are no longer maintained, the swimming pools were not open (so-called contract problem ) all the month of June!The doors to the outside remain open ,the digicodes on the lake side only work once out of four!There is clearly a war between the renters and the owners who do not rent....It has become very noisy and unpleasant... Sea and golf unloads on the condominium and no gesture is made on these inconveniences, a dialogue of deaf... Unfortunately, establishment to flee!
