The hotel is very well located, the staff is very pleasant, attentive, and provides good advice, especially for dining in the area. The room was very clean and the bedding excellent. In short, we will return without any hesitation if we come back to Nantes.

The welcome is very pleasant with a smiling, dynamic, and friendly staff. Access to the apartment is easy, and it is always a pleasure to enjoy this magnificent view of the Royal Square. The apartment is perfectly equipped with a pleasant and functional kitchen area. The dishes are numerous and of good quality. The apartment is very clean and perfectly soundproofed, even though it is in the heart of the city. The wifi works perfectly. The lighting is easily adjustable to achieve the desired level of brightness. The air conditioning works perfectly. The sofa is spacious and comfortable. The room is large with a very high-quality bed, numerous pillows, and perfect blackout curtains. The bathroom is pleasant with a large shower tray, numerous fluffy towels, and a very good water flow.

We stayed at this hotel overnight. Point +: Location in the hyper center of Nantes Item -: The room was small, there was only one socket to plug the phone into the nightstand, the "door" between the bathroom/toilet and the room is not one. The soundproofing is very bad, we heard the baby from the next room crying a good part of the early night. Breakfast is not very varied for those who only eat sweet (20€/pers). And finally we were woken up at 7:30 by the fire alarm following a toast too toast during breakfast according to other guests. There was no excuse from the staff, we were not even asked how our stay went. Unfortunately, we will not return.
