Residence Cerise Nantes La Beaujoire

Near to the tram no 1 stop and a Leclerc hypermarket. This is more a hotel for workmen/business people. The room was adequate with a very basic supply of kitchen equipment. The top half of the fan in our room didn’t work, reception were told but nothing was done! Reasonable value for money in today’s market Cleanliness was as expected. It looked clean. Reasonably quiet. You are expected to empty your rubbish at the end of your stay. I would not stay here again.

A very mediocre hotel despite decent ratings on their site and booking. Strange... A depressing room straight out of the 80s. Originally green lino, a neon light as a bedside lamp, a very small bathroom, and as for the shower, only contortionists can reach their toes. Photos on the site are worlds apart from reality. This is an unparalleled dishonesty. The financial practices of this hotel are highly questionable. I booked a night directly on their site and paid for it. They transferred my reservation to another hotel in their chain and then demanded an additional 11 euros via email, 21 euros in a second email, and deducted this amount from my account without any justification. The price for a night does not correspond at all to a hotel of this category.

Very welcome , large room and very good bedding, everything to heat breakfast and more if you want , just bathroom a little small
