Stay in Executive Room (901) from 21 to 22 February – €148.98 per night. I share a factual feedback so that everyone can get an idea. The assigned room had several hygiene defects incompatible with a 4-star hotel and the Executive category: – Mold visible on the joints of the bathroom – Inlaid spots – Significant dust under the bed and behind the furniture – Traces and dirt on the walls – Very dusty technical closet I reported the situation immediately at reception. A change of room was proposed to me, which I declined at the time, confidence in the level of maintenance being already impaired. After my stay, I requested a partial refund in proportion to the damage, which was refused. A proposal for breakfasts for a future stay was made to me, which I did not accept as I did not plan to return. I regret that no financial compensation has been envisaged despite the evidence (photos).

Double bed reserved, but two unstable single beds on arrival, separating at the slightest movement. I almost fell several times. At this level of standing, we are entitled to expect compliant and secure bedding. Problem reported the first night on the stay: no change of room possible, no concrete solution. Partial refund request (90 €) refused. After leaving a factual review on the booking platform, the property chose to blame the customer rather than acknowledge the problem. Provision and management of the claim unworthy of a 4 star.

A nice functional hotel, comfortable, well placed. Clean and well soundproofed room. Very small flat on the silicone seal of the bathtub where mold begins to appear. Very good breakfast. Special mention for the staff at reception really at the top.
