I wonder why Michelin gave this restaurant the "bistronomic" distinction! We went there with our eyes closed because this distinction by Michelin always augurs refined and inventive cuisine.
Alas! That was not the case. It was a set meal for $39 with an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert.
For an appetizer, we each had a small plate with 2 cod fritters (overcooked and not fresh), 1 maki roll that had nothing to do with those from Japanese restaurants, 3 small slices of meat (decent), pureed beets, and pickles. Not great at all!
For the main course: 2 small pieces of tuna and monkfish with vegetables (burnt eggplants) and a bit of mashed puree.
For dessert: A very sickening chocolate cake (I couldn't even finish it).
Otherwise, the setting is pretty.
In conclusion: I do not recommend that you go to this restaurant. There are others much better elsewhere!
