We used to come to this establishment, which we liked a lot, both for the location and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the breakfast.
What a disappointment today! The place lacks maintenance: the shower seals are black, the restaurant terrace hasn't been washed in a long time (food scraps on the floor from the previous night's dinner), just like the chairs, which are in need of cleaning.
Our room's terrace no longer has the furniture it used to have. The breakfast is good but no longer at the standard of 5 years ago: maybe champagne attracts some people at breakfast, but I personally prefer the choice of such good breads that there were before compared to the two baguette choices today.
Finally, the exorbitant price of parking: 28 euros per day.
In short, for a double room with a very partial sea view (behind the castle itself) charged at 488 euros per night WITHOUT parking, it really is very expensive for the services provided.
Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.
