Disappointing, smell of sewage backing up in the room, noisy ventilation in the room, despite the air conditioning being turned off. Spa lacks water pressure in the pool jets. Spa opening hours only from 10 a.m. Expensive for the services provided.

After several years of going to the hotel, I was very disappointed. We only had air conditioning in our room on Wednesday afternoon, even though we arrived on Monday. I am disabled and my mother is too, so we requested 2 special rooms that were not available. They provided us with shower bars that did not hold. I had my partner who could help me, but my mother did not shower for a week (not even her hair because it cannot be adjusted if you do not get into the bathtub). The servers at the restaurant and bar give the impression of regretting being there (except for those in the morning at breakfast). The decor has been redone, which is good, but if one is not part of a seminar, one does not count. Fortunately, there is the casino to make up for all of this. On the evening of the soccer match, we could not eat at the restaurant. We were sent to the bar, where we often wait for a server to arrive. There are only 2 waitresses who are good. In the downstairs restroom, I had to tell the reception (who are very charming, by the way) that there was no more paper. Nor soap, by the way. I was sent to level -1. The communal ashtrays and trash cans are not emptied, with cobwebs present. I do not know if I will return.....

Logistics for the seminar were very well organized. Everything was smooth. Ideal decor for recharging at the beginning or end of the day. The sea is nearby, ideal for quick access when time is limited. Meeting room well-suited for 40 people. Thank you to the entire team! Sandrine FAVERIS
