I chose this accommodation specifically because it advertised access to the Daria-I Nor hotel facilities. Unfortunately the hotel, including the restaurant, spa and ski shop were closed for our entire stay. Access to the "feeder" Alpe Express lift was also compromised as it is normally approached through the hotel lift and ski shop. It meant a daily 100m walk up and down an unpleasant muddy path. It is a disgrace that no attempt had been made to inform me of the closure, and enable me to book alternative accommodation. The fabric of the accommodation is looking a little tired, and with the hotel closure there is no way it can be described as a 5 star facility. The swimming pool and sauna were adequate, and the staff in the residence were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great location and facilities but the real star was Guillaume on the front desk who was simply brilliant.

Our family of 4 had a truly brilliant stay at the residence this Easter. The apartments are great - a good size, comfy beds, good shower and a well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed using the pool and steam room every day. It was brilliant being so close to the gondola and getting to slopes was easy and quick. Oh and a heated boot room was such a bonus! The icing on the cake was the exceptional customer service from Guillome who couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We’re hoping to return next year
