Comfort Hotel Saran

The condition of the hotel is unacceptable. In the room, peanuts were present on the floor and on a chair, and organic traces (nose rub) were visible on the wall. The bathroom was dirty. The filthy toilet bowl. The shower water was warm. The sink tap... I don't even want to know what was on it. The room was located on the 4th floor, while the elevator only serves the 3rd floor.

Once, not twice, very small staff, medium shower, breakfast minimized, do not expect scrambled eggs, the supplier did not come!!!!! The receptionist has to take care of the guests, the breakfast reassortment, and to rid at the same time, the bread was inedible, in short, ....

This hotel is currently being refurbished to a very high standard, the rooms were excellent, quiet, clean, very comfortable beds and excellent shower room and facilities. The continental breakfast choices are great, all bread and pastries warm and fresh. Excellent coffee from a machine and good (undiluted) fruit juices. Everything was of good quality and very fresh and tasty. As it is in the business district the restaurant is only open Monday to Friday 7 to 10 pm but there are quite a few places to eat nearby. It is close to the autoroute and is an ideal place for a one-night stop over.
