On the day of booking, the receptionist could not understand the situation. I booked through booking.com and was disappointed with their response. Of course, the lady at the hotel reception was sincere in her response, so I managed to stay. The room was normal. We were two stops away from the town centre by tram. If you're going to the hotel from the town centre, we recommend taking the tram or bus. You may end up going through a place that seems a little insecure when traveling on foot. By the way, the Adagio Hotel in Nancy was good, so I chose the Adagio Hotel in Orléans, but this time it was not a pleasant stay.

Comfortable studio, but a smell of sewage backup ruined our stay. We only found towels for one person even though there were 2 of us: we had to ask the housekeeper. Very noisy because of the tram that passed under our windows, no shutters to keep the light out (prevents sleeping). Very difficult to park nearby, private parking is overpriced. The reception closes too early.
