Good experience overall, very comfortable bedding, pleasant air conditioning, very pretty decor, only downside, cleaning not great in the room, dust and hair in the bathroom.. Otherwise delicious meals, high-end cuisine

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the site is magnificent. However, I am traveling with a person in a wheelchair, and the accessible room is fine, but the access is very difficult. The wheelchair almost tipped over due to the ruts in the gravel incline, and the access to the door was not easy either. It is an uphill path to reach the restaurant, but I was warned about that. I reported it in the evening without a response. However, in the morning, the manager I spoke to took the time to check it out.
