A little secret place to keep well hidden A welcome, a setting, a service, everything is perfect

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt like a hidden gem in the heart of Angers. Intimate in scale yet exceptional in every detail, it offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The design is beautiful—thoughtfully curated, sophisticated, and warm without ever feeling pretentious. Every space feels inviting, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and wonderfully relaxing. The location could not be better. We were able to explore Angers easily on foot, with the city’s attractions, restaurants, and charming streets just moments away. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the gracious hospitality. The staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness throughout our stay, offering attentive service that felt personal and sincere. The comfort of the rooms was exquisite. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room quiet and peaceful, and every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure a restful and luxurious experience. This is the kind of hotel that elevates an entire trip. For travelers seeking charm, comfort, impeccable design, and heartfelt hospitality in Angers, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We left feeling genuinely cared for and look forward to returning.

Excellent hotel, very well located (city center), beautiful room, everything is there (including a large safe). Good follow-up on the reservation, with email instructions about nearby parking. Excellent welcome upon arrival, friendly and helpful team, very attentive. Excellent soundproofing, thick curtains, we sleep well, top-notch AC, coffee, fresh water, and herbal tea available in the hallway. Top-notch breakfast. In short, two nights, an excellent stay, well done and thank you. Three minor details regarding the praise: the chair in front of the desk is stylish but not very comfortable or practical, you slide backward, and its stability is average. A more standard but functional chair would be better. The toilets are placed rather high; if you are short, your feet will barely touch the ground... and the shower has no shower curtain, personally, it doesn't bother me, but my wife didn't like it. Aside from these three minor points, everything is great, and I give it a 5.
