​Disappointing stay – Comfortable bedding but unacceptable hygiene and maintenance While the positive aspect of this accommodation is the good comfort of the bedding, which allows for a good night's sleep, the rest of the experience is unacceptable at this price level. The overall condition and cleanliness are the major downside. The bathroom is particularly neglected: the shower seals are black with mold, the windows are full of limescale, and a seal was sadly hanging on the floor. The amenities are also very low quality (a plastic rolling cart under the sink and two mismatched cups). Additionally, the soap on the sink was empty and the linen was largely insufficient for two people (only one very small bath sheet and one towel, which is very tight). In terms of the kitchen, the ceramic cooktop was very dirty and deeply scratched, and there are marks under the table leg. But the most disturbing aspect was the condition of the windows: they are in a repulsive state of exterior dirt, covered with cobwebs and dust, which spoils the entire view. Finally, the absence of air conditioning makes the accommodation stifling in the summer. The host provides two fans to try to circulate the hot air, but this is totally insufficient, and it is unbearably hot in the rooms. I do not recommend this establishment as it stands without a proper deep cleaning and serious renovations.

Very clean. Very friendly welcome. Upon arrival and on the phone, the underground parking was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend it. Note that there is no air conditioning. But there is a fan.
