My friends and I stayed at this hotel for one night. Good welcome, but for a 4-star hotel and for the price, I expected better. Outdated bathroom, with peeling baseboards, and I am not even mentioning the balcony. Comfortable bed and a night light. This hotel does not deserve to be a 4-star establishment.

We stayed in a dirty room (stained on the walls and on the curtains) and dusty (room 102 overlooking the street), hole in the ceiling of the room (first time we see this), foul smell on arrival (forced to ventilate), unbearable heat at night when the heating was not even on the air conditioning not working, we had to open the windows!! The bathroom very old and suspicious stains in the bathtub ... And what about breakfast (charged 19€): a huge joke! Coffee machine down! Sock juice in exchange and no excuse, the pastries are clearly not of the day and are certainly frozen: hard as rock! A shame! What’s funny is the breakfast cake, sold as organic and artisanal but whose hotel members forgot to remove a few pieces of paper that surround it and which we can see that it is a low-end cake from a famous industrial wholesaler... We talked to other hotel guests the next morning and they had the same impression so I’m convinced there’s a real problem at this property. We have made them hotels in our lives and we continue to make them, but this establishment is one of the worst that we have been able to do in France! We don’t like to leave such a review but it’s important to inform future travelers where they are going. It is urgent and necessary that this establishment do qqch because for a 4 star it is SHAMEFUL! Obviously we are not the first negative comment and it does not seem to be hot or cold. “Hôtel de France”: wake up otherwise you will “sink” for sure ... In summary and to conclude: avoid. Poor value for money Better hotels nearby are far better value for money!

Pros: Quality Inn - Close to the train station - Very comfortable bedding and double bed - Spacious and clean room - Qualitative breakfast - Very nice staff Cons: -No parking, you have to park in the street and all spaces are paid. - Rooms a little old in places (paint that flakes, window around which you feel the cold,...) - No specific facilities in the hotel, Overall we are happy with our night, but we have already made 4 stars cheaper with more services (swimming pool, gym, wellness area etc) so we found the value for money a bit high. However, for 1 night or a short stay it is enough.:) This remains a very good hotel!
