Hello, this is Mrs. Mehenni. During the night of September 4th, I was very happy to have booked at your hotel. Very beautiful room and excellent cleanliness. The staff was very welcoming, very kind, and very friendly. It is super quiet at night, and I highly recommend booking at this hotel. In terms of value for money, it is the best. My best regards to the whole team and my respects to everyone.

We had a room on the ground floor (room No. 2), it faces the street and the soundproofing is very poor. We slept very poorly, we felt like we were in the street because we could hear all the noises from outside. This type of room should not exist in a 3*** hotel. Impossible to have tea or an herbal tea at breakfast because there was no hot water. Which was reported but not resolved.

Good welcome, very clean room, very good bedding. Very decent breakfast. Very quiet hotel despite its geographical location (facing the train station). The sound insulation of the rooms is appreciated. I recommend this hotel for its very good value for money.
