MANOIR DE LA ROCHE TORIN

The place could be very beautiful but the facility is old and poorly maintained, just the bare minimum to receive guests. The courtesy of the staff is not enough to make up for a very disappointing breakfast, the rooms reflect the old and poorly maintained appearance of the hotel.

The outside and the view was top notch. But the inside was terrible. It smelled like piss, even in the room itself. Especially in the bathroom smelled awful. I slept on a sofa bed and have NOT slept. It creaked, and it wasn't straight. My legs were higher than my head and that's for nothing. Also it was just not clean. It was hot and there was an air conditioning, but it was totally unplugged and came from 1800. Breakfast was fine in itself, but with the sandwiches you could knock someone out. The ratio of the price to what you get is completely wrong.

At first charmed by the location and the view, but the disappointment quickly takes over; the room is very questionable, mold in the shower, you shouldn't look too closely at the cleaning, the door hits the entryway mirror, a complicated night without air conditioning, so we opened the window with mosquitoes joining the party (but we can't do anything about that), as a result, we preferred to be very hot, but another surprise above us: a fridge motor that kept us company all night with vibrations in the wall... positive point: the quality bedding, but unfortunately we couldn't sleep more than 3 hours... Let's move on to the breakfast at €18!!! Undrinkable paper-filter coffee, canned fruit salad, eggs are available (Code 03!!!), scrambled eggs surely with the same Code 03, low-end supermarket ham, fruit juice clearly watered down, frozen crepes; in short, you quickly understand the establishment's interest with a service made of low-cost frozen products. The joke cost us €200 for one night.
