It is not my habit, but I must write these lines We had the discovery menu with wine pairings. A real disappointment. No time to eat (8 courses in 2 hours). 7 wines to taste without our glass being changed a single time!! A restaurant that calls itself gastronomic and is not at all. A certain lack of freshness in the food given the gastric reflux I had. A so-called regional cuisine, even though we had an Asian-inspired dish!! Go figure. A boss who is full of hot air and who is oppressive and unpleasant toward her employees... and whose stress is really felt. And I could go on... A truly excessive price for what was offered to us on the plate and in the glass, 190 EUR/person. At this price, we have the right to receive a minimum. Same for breakfast, food was very stale and the buffet was almost empty at 8:30 a.m. However, the room on the Demoiselle de Champagne side was perfect. Courage to the staff who are really trying to do their best and who are truly attentive to the guests. Despite a manager who has no business in the hospitality industry.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The room was spacious, impeccable, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the private ground-floor terrace, very pleasant for relaxing. The indoor and outdoor spaces are magnificent, perfectly maintained, and offer a very quiet and relaxing setting. The pool, pleasantly heated, is a real asset. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and hearty. We spent a very pleasant night and enjoyed every moment. An address that we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure. Thank you for your hospitality!

We got a very spacious, neat room with a large terrace in the opposite Hostellerie des Dames de Champagne. Ample parking near the hotel. The food was good quality, the service was correct. Also a fine rich breakfast buffet. Only point of improvement: the bar was closed early (9.30pm) and at 10pm we were asked to go to the rooms, as the hotel was closing. In the neighborhood itself there was no opportunity to go for another drink, and the minibar in the room was not stocked. Furthermore, a very good experience.
