Surrounded by by vineyards, the Chateau offers a beautiful restaurant and bar with great views and very good food and service. The rooms are spacious and also provide beautiful views. And when Chateau's restaurant was closed, they recommended and great restaurant in Reims (about 20 minutes away).

This hotel does not meet the BEST WESTERN label standards This is a hotel at the end of its life: Empty and sordid lobby Only the rooms are acceptable The common areas are degraded (back rooms resembling a dump with loose items) Unacceptable reception for a BEST WESTERN hotel. I had booked 3 rooms, and I asked if I could check in before noon. Response: I cannot guarantee anything, we will see if that is possible In addition, there was a general power outage Returning in the middle of the night, there was no lighting to the rooms or afterwards, we had to manage on our own The breakfast for which payment was requested as soon as we entered the lobby during check-in was not served, and I am still waiting for the refund TO BE BANNED

This hotel is far below four stars!! Where to begin?? First of all, the welcome is not really the warmest, and you feel like you are bothering them. In the room, the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, and when you point this out at the reception, they tell you that it is always like that!!!! The jacuzzi is actually a whirlpool bathtub. One jet is missing, so it is not pleasant when you want to lie down. In the bathroom, the tiles are broken. No minibar in the room, just an empty fridge that makes noise all night. The meal was acceptable but nothing more (the chef is heavy-handed with the salt), and the bottle of wine was warm!! The breakfast was good, but all the drinks are made from powder and water, so they are not good at all. And the cherry on top: we booked a room with a late checkout at 1 PM. A housekeeper comes around 10:30 AM to clean the room. They tell her that we have the room until 1 PM. I then decide to go try the hydrotherapy bathtub anyway, but it's not possible!!! No water!! We call the front desk and inform them, and the person tells us, "No, no water for 1 hour!" Without any explanation, just a "Sorry, have a nice day!" And indeed, we heard construction noises in a room, likely involving a plumber. In the meantime, they told us nothing, and we can neither rest (with the construction) nor wash!! Honestly, do not go there!!! It absolutely does not deserve the 4 stars! Just walk away and go to any other hotel; it will be cheaper, quieter, and with staff that is surely more pleasant!!
