Comfortable and clean room, but AC out of order, quiet environment, friendly and efficient welcome

I had booked via the Campanile website a one night stay at this hotel. I was offered and accepted a half board (demi pension) booking but on arrival was told that the restaurant was not open. Had I known this I would not have booked this hotel anf taken a different route to my holiday gite. This is a deliberate ploy by the hotel to increase custom but it is not an acceptable strategy. My reponse, use Ibis.

This hotel is correct and complies with Campanile standards. It is easy to access. Well located at the entrance of charleville. Pleasant Welcoming, immediate response to our fan request, clean and quiet room.
