We stayed for one night last week. The location is exactly what you would want in a small village outside of Reims with a short drive into town for restaurants. Property is a wonderful blend of rustic and modern. Breakfast in the morning was personalized and served right on time. Kevin works there and does it all from check-in to breakfast service. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will definitely be back.

We stayed here on our drive from the south back to London. It wasn’t our first choice, as that was full. Which I now see as a blessing in disguise. It’s a boutique hotel with minimum but adequate services. The decor was gorgeous and SPOTLESS clean. We were greeted by Kevin, who was not only polite, informative and courteous, he was had a wealth of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late, so only wanted cheese and meat plater (delicious) with complimentary champagne! The breakfast choices were really good and varied, nothing fried but included eggs. Lunch was recommended and booked, (which was also excellent!). We left with our case of purchased Champagne and ice-buckets (don’t ask :-) ), vowing to come back!

This boutique bed and breakfast has possibilities the initial look and presentation but there is just something missing. We had a lovely stay for one night here, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The bathroom is part open plan with the division to the room a glass wall full of Champagne corks. The idea is quirky but in reality the glass looks dusty and dirty. This I would have to say felt the case with the whole house. It just didn't feel boutique clean to match the prices charged. The saving grace for the bed and breakfast is their Champagne and the picnic in the vineyard. At 56euros for the picnic basket there was more than enough for 2 of us. The selection of cheese, meats and pate was superb. There was more than enough bread and to finish the region rose biscuits. We were provided with a little trolley to walk up to the picnic spot. It was late afternoon and the picnic table was no longer in the sun. However we used the trolley cover to sit on the ground in the sunshine surrounded by the vines . A very enjoyable experience and highly recommended. The breakfast was ample in the morning with Nespresso coffee and a selection of breads, pastries a d cold meats and cheese. The garden on this property whilst quiet does lack any view and could be dressed much more. As it is really just a basic back yard with a lack of presentation or comfortable garden furniture. The staff that we did meet were personable and were on had for breakfast and checkout. On arrival there was noone there but after a call they were able to give me a code to enter. Would I go back? For the picnic yes and if there was a promotion on the rate.
