I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Premiere Classe Tinqueux, and I must warn others about the appalling conditions and atrocious customer service. The bedroom bathroom frequently floods, and the walls seem made of plastic. But that's just the beginning. The hotel staff, particularly Fatima, the female receptionist, were utterly unprofessional and hostile towards me. She refused to give me her surname and made racist and discriminatory remarks about me in my face assuming I didn't speak French. Fatima would regularly snatch mugs off my hands, refusing to give me paper napkins or openly refusing to help me with my bags despite my crutches. I had to resort to other tourists' help for that. Fatima would speak harshly to me, and I believe the Algerian patron (no name provided) may have been encouraging her behaviour. When they did serve breakfast, they would serve it in a very rude manner, often lying about the contents of the breakfast fridge. They would not serve everyone equally. As someone with mobility issues, I was shocked by the extremely discriminatory behavior towards me from the rest of the staff. They would force me to bend to plug appliances that the patron had unplugged, which was not only humiliating but also physically challenging for me. To add insult to injury, the staff would block my room door with a huge rubbish bin and the hotel's bed linen trolley. On extremely hot days, they wouldn't even let me open the door to the outside for some fresh air, which was unbearable. It was clear that the staff did not want me in the common areas, likely due to concerns about the hotel's image. However, I would like to highlight that Kevin, one of the receptionists, was a notable exception. He provided exemplary customer service and was very helpful during my stay. I want to make it clear that my complaint does not include Kevin, who showed professionalism and kindness. The customer service at this hotel is abysmal, and I strongly advise against staying here. This is not the first time I am complaining about the hotel and Fatima's behavior, and it is disheartening to see that no improvements have been made. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS HOTEL, BUT ASK FOR KEVIN AT THE RECEPTION IF YOU DO GO.

We were charged twice for the same stay. This in January 2024. As of March 17, we still have not received an official response regarding this serious damage. We even wrote to the General Manager of Louvre Hotels France. Certainly

This is a basic hotel. Good for an overnight stay. The room was compact with excellent access to mains sockets for charging. Best to only take an overnight bag into the room otherwise you will end up climbing over it to get into bed. You are not paying much, so don't expect tea and coffee making facilities or even a cardboard cup for mouth washing or the last drink before slumber. It proved the point that all rooms are the same size when you are asleep. The room was clean, if a little tired. Breakfast was adequate to start the day. We both have 5G contracts and at a download speed of 632 we didn't waste time searching for free WiFi? I would stay there again.
