Fasthotel Reims

Dramatic experience. Rooms were very dirty and owner very unfriendly. Before you know it, you're going home with illnesses. Stay away

This place should be renamed Pit Stop cos it’s the absolute pits. Filthy dirty stop off en route to South of France, just wished I had read the reviews. It’s also a bit creepy and gives you an unsafe feel. Bed was a bit iffy…decided to play safe and just sleep on top of it. Creepy crawlees on the floor, breakfast was a complete joke…you pay for it online but it just doesn’t exist. Couldn’t get back on the road quick enough. Avoid Avoid please…

A shame, avoid the dilapidated hotel, dirty, and the rooms are damaged; everything is broken. Avoid and carefully read the reviews. The management is incompetent and deceitful, and there is zero service for breakfast. Be careful, there is a number for problems, but the manager, if we can call him that, does not answer. There is a fire alarm that goes off with no staff in the hotel. We booked this hotel with Smartbox, and it is a disgrace for the manager and Smartbox, who have them as providers with zero customer service. Avoid and continue on your way.
