Alerion Hotel

Upon my arrival in the room, I noticed several concerning issues. I particularly noticed the presence of insects resembling bedbugs on the bed and in the corners of the room, which made me very uncomfortable and ruined my stay. I also observed signs of moisture and mold around the windows, as well as a clear lack of general maintenance. The room seemed outdated, with deteriorating finishes and insufficient cleanliness. For the price paid, I expected a much higher level of hygiene and comfort. I was unable to enjoy my stay peacefully, and I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. I do not recommend this hotel until serious cleaning, pest control, and renovation measures have been implemented.

Very incompetent staff dirty room on the floor dirty sheets ,impossible to sit on chairs which were more than dirty bathroom in bad condition the elevator did not apparently work in the morning yes but on our arrival no the room card did not work also and the person at the front desk did not know how to make any solutions found we left the establishment on the spot without any regard towards us brief very unpleasant moment Sonacotra fireplace impression!!!

Bedroom window that does not close. Couple towels for one person . dirty stairs. Hotel really poor. No one from the front desk in a jog.
