Campanile Metz - Jouy-Aux-Arches

This hotel was surely nice in the 90s, but certainly not anymore today. The facade is worn and in poor condition; the outdoor carpet is at the end of its life, and the entire place is severely lacking in maintenance and renovation both inside and out (toilets are stained, paint is peeling, towels are worn). Gentlemen in charge, it is really time to invest in this hotel because, while the formula remains economical, at what cost and for how long, especially since the competition is present and offers a much better service for just a few more dollars. As for the welcome, it strongly depends on the quality of the person (there was a difference between the visit last Friday (a lady at the reception) and that on Sunday evening and Monday morning (two gentlemen). Finally, it is also regrettable that when we had two breakfasts on Monday morning around 8:45, we did not have what we needed in the trays (no more cake slices, no more croissants even though there were only two of us in the room), and when we asked the person at the reception, we really felt like we were bothering them and asking for the moon. Not sure I want to repeat the experience..

Very dirty room as well as breakfast trays. We can doubt the cleanliness of the rest... I don't recommend it.
