Hotel Roi Soleil - Amneville

Following a booking error, we were welcomed by the co-manager, without empathy, without compassion, without a smile, who did not even deign to let us take advantage of the previous night that we had therefore booked by mistake without being able to use it, obviously. His hotel was not full, neither the day before, nor the day itself. A commercial gesture would have been very appreciated, especially given our loyalty, and that we had just driven more than 2 hours. Legally he is within his rights, but these days, we have still known more business-minded people. He preferred to keep his money rather than build customer loyalty. Too bad. Furthermore, no response from the bnb hotels customer relations department.

Vacation | Couple Well, pleasantly surprised! For me, it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. A truly friendly welcome, with a team that is attentive and takes great care of you. We came to visit the Amnéville zoo and the location is ideal: barely a 3-minute walk from the park entrance! 👍 A very appreciable little extra: the hotel offered us, with our stay invoice, discounts at several surrounding restaurants. Regarding the room, a very good surprise as well: a wardrobe, which is becoming quite rare in hotels, a top-notch bathroom with a huge vanity top — especially for the lady 😂 — as well as a large shower. The standard room was clean, pleasant, and decorated with pretty colors. The breakfast is in the usual standard for B&B hotels: simple and efficient. The hotel also has a large room and, above all, a huge free parking lot, which is a real plus. 👉 I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its exceptional proximity to the Amnéville zoo, its warm welcome, and its amenities. We had a very good stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 connecting rooms. We appreciated the simplicity of this hotel. Good value for money. Good bedding and good pillows. Very clean bathroom. Very well-located hotel, close to everything. Breakfast for €10, nothing to complain about. The only slightly annoying hitch is the lack of physical staff at the front desk from noon until 5 p.m. Other than that, nothing to report. Large free parking lot. We will return if we come back to Amnéville.
