Staff not welcoming and not friendly. The hotel tried to charge me for the entire stay at the time of booking, even though it was stipulated on the site as \"to be paid on-site.\" This debit request was repeated several times, even though, as with any hotel reservation, it is clearly stipulated that it is only a request for a card authorization hold. Once on-site, we were asked to pay immediately upon our arrival at the front desk, with them indicating that they could not print the corresponding invoice that day. We were only able to obtain it at the end of our stay, upon our request. We witnessed that other guests had the same issue, or even worse, because they were unable to benefit from their loyalty points. The staff told us to drop our key in a box without caring to know if our stay had gone well when we checked out. Impaired customer relations. All these elements are truly unfortunate and degraded our appreciation of the establishment during our stay. We will not recommend your establishment given the questionable billing practices. In addition to what we encountered, on the website, we could book a bike option for which we thought we would incur costs, but in the end, we wanted to do it on-site. Surprise! The staff informed us that the establishment no longer offers this service... The site is therefore misleading and can lead to additional costs for a service that no longer exists. Finally, we were advertised the presence of a restaurant within the establishment. During this heatwave, we wanted to take advantage of it to have a refreshment. However, the restaurant informed us that the bar counter is not used just to serve drinks. But, they only use it during meal service with the consumption of a meal.
