Premiere Classe Longwy

For a 2-night business stay. 1st night and 1st room no. 5 on the ground floor: no curtain on the window on a full moon night, at the same level as the road and therefore headlights, and furthermore the window does not close properly. The toilet and what was left in it that does not flush properly (flushing 4 times), no shower curtain either. Not to mention the constant noise all night with people coming in, going out, and squatting in the breakfast room to chat or make phone calls! The next morning I ask to change rooms (the receptionist apologizes but cannot do anything more than offer me a breakfast, yay) the new room upstairs (110) has a curtain, and a toilet that seems to work. Bad surprise upon my return from my long workday around 11 p.m., the window does not close properly and the traffic can be heard very well, as well as a group of people renting several rooms in the hallway, a real mess until 2:30 a.m. The toilet tank does not fill up on its own, you have to help it at the water inlet valve and the shower drain is partially clogged, which allows you to take a foot bath... In short, this is the 2nd time I have stayed for business trips in this supposedly renovated hotel, but it is a certainty there will not be a third time!

Bad very bad !!!!! I booked one room weeks ago and after some day I send them my cancellation and no one of them reply me . I've been waiting to get any reply from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What would my experience have been like if I had gone to this hotel? Stefano

A perfect stay from start to finish impeccable service comfortable and clean rooms df a warm welcome thank you for this experience and everything is well thought out for a top stay thank you for all the staff is super nice I recommend
