Totally disgusting, had hair in the shower, two rolls of toilet paper almost with a single turn almost finished, no soap in shower, towel or dirty or very tanned, three bulbs in the room drops one in a corner, no lamp in the ceiling, and light bulbs cast , no lighting, the wifi functioned slowly and badly, a real mess I THINK EVEN LICE HAS STUCK TO ME BECAUSE TODAY MY HEAD ITCHES, IT'S THE MOST UNREPRESENTABLE, DIRTY, VULGAR PLACE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR THAT, BUT THINK ABOUT LEAVING.

We stoped on route to Rotterdam and had to pay for the room to even get into the hotel. It was smelly, dirty and so uncomfortable, I have tried to post a picture but it will not let me, you would not believe it until you see the pictures. I spoke to the manager the next day but no refund was offered, I was told they are in the process of redecorating and was given a letter saying we could have a free visit next time!!!!!! But was still charged for breakfast.... Even the manager said he would not have stayed on that room.....
