MERCURE THIONVILLE CENTRE

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was limited choice, an unpleasant smell in the dining area, and items were only refilled in very small quantities upon request. Tables were not cleared promptly, and service felt inattentive. We frequently stay in hotels, but this was one of the poorest breakfast experiences we have had. I would not recommend booking breakfast here. Tip: The hotel is centrally located, and there are plenty of nearby options where you can enjoy a better breakfast for less than €20 pp.

To avoid, smells of sewers in the corridors and especially in the bathroom. Forced to buy a disinfectant spray to neutralize bad odors! I emptied the product directly into the shower and toilet! No reaction to reception (for her nothing abnormal) I check the reviews and find that it is recurrent in the comments! I then notice that the small office is covered with traces of glasses or cups all very sticky 🤮apparently an oversight of the housekeeper, but no return in the morning to breakfast from the management No reaction or commercial gesture. I pass on the freshness of fruits and pastries at breakfast already mentioned in several opinions. No choice, even a simple ibis is better provided. Needless to say, in these cases you do not receive a satisfaction questionnaire! Bizarrement... I've been a client accor for 22 years , more than 60 nights a year than ever before! Really not Mercury-worthy. Anyway, don't do what I do. Read the reviews before you book!!!!
