Very basic hotel, which is fine. But booking a hotel with aircondition, we were surprised to find a simple fan standing in the room, and as it was 40 degrees (Celsius) outside, it was well above 30 in the room! It was insufferable so we had to leave and find another hotel.

I advise you to flee this hotel, I have never seen this in my life and I am a frequent traveler!!

Last week I booked a suite for 3 nights at this hotel, but unfortunately I got the wrong date when booking (I had mistakenly booked for the next week). I still showed up at the hotel the day I thought I would arrive, but it was full. On the spot, I was asked to fill out a paper telling me that my situation would be taken into account and that, having come a week early, it would have to be accepted. I was also assured that I would be reimbursed for this mistake, which reassured me at the time. However, I had the unpleasant surprise that the refund was eventually cancelled without any explanation. This situation is incomprehensible and very disappointing. Overall stressful experience and lack of transparency in case management. I don't recommend it.
