Campanile Lille Roncq

This hotel that we already knew is very well placed on the outskirts of Lille However, the Service of the hotel deteriorates very seriously , more bread in the morning you have to wait 20mnt, more fruit, more yogurt and all this at 9am. A very nice orange juice machine has disappeared and replace with bottled orange juice , the staff does not care to rid the tables in order to free them as to reload the buffet it is unsupervised tourists who spend more time talking among themselves than taking care of the customers. Too bad we'll go somewhere else next time

In fact we did not go.. Reservation made more than 2 months before the scheduled.. 1 week before being on holiday abroad we receive a notification rather than a phone call (already to apologize for the situation) to give instructions for the time of arrival... between 1pm and 6pm.. we have been walking on the head since when a Pension regulates the time of arrival of its guests..!!! in short after a booking call that assured us a refund.. the Pension refused to refund us.. not even there half! Hence the slamming of this Pension
