Hermitage Gantois

Very beautiful establishment. My second time in a 10-year interval, the services are still just as perfect, even if this time, I did not have the opportunity to test the massage due to lack of availability but everything else was there. We had booked two rooms that were a bit isolated from the rest of the other rooms but they were very good, and consistent with the comfort and aesthetics that one expects from a 5-star hotel, the mattress was perhaps a bit soft but it remained comfortable. The pool was at a good temperature, a bit crowded but it was the weekend, but we got up early and were able to enjoy it fully the next day. We tried the bistro, it was excellent, however it has moved upmarket with a more gastronomic offering and therefore more expensive. As for breakfast, it is perfect, nothing to say, everything is excellent, the quality of the sourced products, the variety, the coffee is very good, the sweet offering is equivalent to the savory one, I really enjoyed it. And above all the price is more than reasonable for a 5-star hotel and the quality of the services.

I am absolutely blown away by my stay at L'Hermitage Gantois. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I was in for something special. We stayed one night in this charming hotel located in the center of Lille. We were upgraded to a very nice suite located under the roof of the original building. A valet parked our car. The service was perfect from the first to the last minute. The breakfast is really worthy of a 5 star hotel. Go without any hesitation.
