We booked at Hotel Palm during the heat wave since the apartment we rented did not have any A/C and was like an oven. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast downstairs. Our room was a little tight for 2, but we were happy to get it. It was clean and the bathroom size was enough for us. There was coffee and snacks in the lobby throughout the day which was so nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It was a grateful surprise my experience, a good cost benefit, sure the availability to store the suitcases before check in was something that won me a lot, another thing is that in the hotel lobby there are soft drinks and some snacks at will for the guests, something that surprised me was also that they provide softs drinks from the freezer in the room too, this left me positively surprised, the location is good the neighborhood is lively at night. And the service from the reception was excellent, the room meets what it promises. And I say again, the care in providing, water, tea, coffee, cookies and other things shows the differential of hosting that cares about offering the best customer experience.
