Warm welcome, small room but very good and clean bedding, that is essential for a hotel! The location is ideal for visiting Paris, they even kept our luggage for us.

I stayed two nights, the treatment was lousy from several hotel workers, even we were not allowed to enter the reception for two hours because they wanted to steal us in the street, the room I paid for was also not the one in the photo, the small bathroom, etc., would never return.

A shame, quite simply. I had booked on Booking a room for 2 people, 2 nights (150 € in total). Upon arrival, the manager tells me that I have supposedly booked a single room and that you have to pay 50 € more in cash to have a double room. I paid, thinking it would settle things... And now, big slap! The room was filthy!!! Hair on the bed, dirty and damaged walls, smell of moisture, tiny space, nothing to do with photos. In addition, we hear absolutely everything: the neighbors talking, the doors slamming, the hallway noises... the walls are so thin that we feel like we don’t have any. We didn’t even have the courage to spend one night there. I had to book another hotel urgently, so this stay cost me even more than expected. In the end, they only repaid the €50 in cash, whereas they are the ones who are at fault. This hotel is a total, dishonest and disrespectful scam. To flee absolutely, it does not even deserve to exist. With the support of the photos we have taken and the many other negative reviews from other customers, we will initiate a procedure with Booking, the DGCCRF and the competent authorities, because taking out a large wad of cash like this is very suspicious.
