I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding service, the spotless facilities, and the clean, comfortable rooms that made my stay truly relaxing. A special thank you to Reyza, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I also noticed how she managed the front area with ease while extending the same attentive service to other guests, ensuring everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. Truly an asset of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and comfortable place to stay, and a team that truly cares about its guests.

The bathroom was not separate from the room, which can be uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the room is comfortable, air-conditioned, and has all the necessary comforts for a good night's sleep.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, well air-conditioned and soundproofed. Perfect for resting in a pleasant setting. The staff is very friendly and very responsive; in short, I am completely satisfied. No criticism to make!
