A nightmare! At 11 AM, I put my suitcase in storage. At 7 PM, I was told that I was relocated to another hotel. The reservation is dated 2 months ago. Reason: none!!! I arrive at the new hotel: no breakfast even though I paid for it. The manager of the second hotel does not want to hear anything because "he has to make his revenue." Run away!

Too bad there is no double bed or at least real mattresses in 160 and not 2 small. Elevator broken down not repaired, not enough coffee for a 4 day stay. Difficulty in obtaining them on request. The staff and breakfast service were very good. Finally, it's a shame the gentleman at the front desk didn't find a solution for the sleeping. We felt like we were talking in a vacuum.

My reservation was cancelled without the reception having bothered to call me and tell me that he could not take a guarantee on my credit card I can’t reach the reception despite dozens of calls. I am without a hotel 3 days from a business trip. I can no longer book at the previous rate +40%! I am an Accor platinum customer, it is unacceptable not to have bothered to be warned.
