Hotel De Sers

An exceptional stay at the Hôtel Sers in Paris. I want to particularly highlight the quality of the service, the attention to detail, and the elegance of the establishment. A special thank you to the concierge, Gérard Martin, whose service was remarkable: always friendly, professional, and very available, he was able to advise us and offer solutions tailored to all our needs. His attention made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Without a doubt, a hotel that I highly recommend to fully enjoy Paris thanks to impeccable service.

We stay at Hotel de Sers every year during Roland Garros, and every year it seems to get even better. This year’s stay was particularly memorable thanks to Gérald, the concierge. His service was exceptional from start to finish. When I injured my back, he immediately arranged an excellent physiotherapist for me at very short notice, which made a huge difference. He also helped with restaurant reservations and countless other details, always with a smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. What makes Gérald stand out is not just his efficiency, but the way he engages with guests—always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and consistently excellent, but it’s people like Gérald who make it truly special. We look forward to returning next year.
