All was simply perfect. The Suite was incredibly large and clean and very well served. Great courtesy from the staff during the stay at anytime!

Great disappointment for a hotel presented as a five-star property. From the moment we arrived, the reception set the tone: obvious lack of professionalism, with a receptionist particularly cold, unpleasant and obviously not concerned with the quality of the customer experience. We had booked a junior suite in a 5-star hotel for a special weekend on the occasion of my mom’s birthday, specifying it beforehand, but no particular attention was planned, which is particularly regrettable for this standard of standing. We quickly realized that when booking through Expedia, the room was probably not the one originally planned. We were located in an older part of the hotel, on the street side, with a direct exposure on the delivery dock of a nearby hotel. Sound insulation was almost non-existent: wake up every morning at 5:30 with deliveries, which is totally incompatible with the comfort expected in a luxury hotel. The junior suite was very disappointing: if the bathroom had actually been renovated, the rest of the room had antique, worn-out and totally outdated furniture. The coffee table seemed to date from another era, heavily degraded, with a poor, sketchy and frankly low-end decoration. Nothing here evoked the standing of a true five-star. The presence of a door connecting to another suite made the stay even more uncomfortable, with permanent noise nuisance coming from a neighboring family, without sufficient insulation. The spa area and indoor pool, although positive on paper, did not allow more relaxation: while this place should be quiet, it looked more like a noisy family space, with children screaming in all directions. The breakfast was good but far from remarkable for a hotel in this category: no tablecloths, little neat atmosphere, and noisy preparation of room service carts directly from the room. The cleaning of the room was also very inadequate: uncleaned coffee cups, unrestocked coffee, bathroom glasses still marked with traces of toothpaste, very summary overall cleaning. When I asked for some coffee, I was brought tea, with an unprofessional response. Finally, at the time of departure, no questions about our stay, no attention, no consideration. In summary, this property has five stars but clearly does not have the service, the level of finish or the customer attention. Only spa facilities partially save the experience, but this is not enough. I would not recommend this hotel.
