The hotel can also be fine, let's be clear. The experience was terrifying when at checkout I found charges of almost €500 that were not due. I insisted by calling and writing emails to the hotel, but I did not receive any response for 4 days despite my insistence. I had to shout on the phone to be heard, and finally someone listened to me, justifying themselves by saying that perhaps they had pressed some extra buttons on the card reader after I had left... crazy... At the time of writing this review, the money has still not been refunded.

An ok hotel in Paris, but could be better. The rooms are typical Paris size, so pretty small! If you have anything other than an overnight bag or carry on case there is nowhere to put your luggage. The bathroom is good, but the main shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom so everything got wet. The reception desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful. But, the bar was the main reason I did not rate this hotel higher. One evening, returning to the hotel after dinner, we went to the bar for a drink, one of our party was served & we were then asked to take a seat and they would take our order. After waiting 30 minutes and asking 3 times if someone could serve us we gave up and left. The bar staff were rude and blatantly refusing to serve us.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and had a terrace on the ground floor, ideal for our little dog. In the bathroom were delicious Rituals products. We also got bathrobes and slippers for the pool, which gave a luxurious feeling. The room had a fridge and a spacious closet, very practical. The hotel is set within a 20-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was really delicious, with plenty of choice for everyone. Definitely recommended!
