We had a wonderful stay before our morning flight--the location was great and so convenient! The staff was kind and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was wonderful. We were able to use the member lounge for dinner and it was just what we needed.

this Sheraton Charles de Gaulle is a pro tip if you ever have an early flight or any flight the night before you are leaving Paris. If you have extra time, there’s lots of great duty-free shopping if you’re in a crunch to get to your flight timely it’s a no-brainer to stay here. The hotel breakfast is solid and it’s literally in the terminal so there’s no messing around with getting Van to the airport, etc.. The staff is accommodating, intelligent, and hospitable. We had the pleasure of working with Allison and Bérengère who both accommodated a unique change to our reservation at the last minute. I would’ve given them five out of five the last several years of us staying at the hotel, but never thought of it until today.

Comfortable room, excellent bed and bathroom, clean, without noise. Breakfast was very good. Galaxy bar had very poor service from the staff, lacking enthusiasm as if they were doing customers a favor by serving them. We ordered two hamburgers, and it took an hour and a half to bring them, and when they arrived, they were cold. The location within the airport is ideal when we have connecting flights with many hours.
