Waldorf Madeleine

We stayed three nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Excellent location in the eighth arrondissement with major sights and great restaurants nearby. - Great service and a lovely restaurant (Nepita). We had dinner there and enjoyed the delicious sea bass. - Lovely Art Deco decor - Very clean rooms and comfortable bed Cons: - Rooms are a tad small, though this is the Paris norm. The strange part is that the bathroom is sizable, but the space isn't so well utilised. - Not a fan of the wash basin mechanism with the separate hot and cold water taps. - Only one lift serving seven floors.

Fantastic design, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and a fun bar with a totally reasonable breakfast. Ask for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

The welcome was very professional and smiling. Our room was ready despite arriving earlier than expected. Very comfortable room, excellent beauty products in the bathroom (Diptych, and that smell super nice), and a perfect breakfast with lots of choices. The location not far from metro line 1 is very convenient.
