Soulless hotel. If you are happy with superficially a recent hotel, then you are in the right place. If you expect a bit more, I would not recommend this hotel. Check-in employee was really not enthusiastic, let alone friendly. Wouldn't even explain to us because I was in Paris the day before. No enthusiastic staff discovered. Breakfast was very basic, almost no healthy alternatives (no vegetables, no water, no brown bread) The room was ok but there was no tea, a glass was missing (we were 3, only 2 glasses) but 1 outlet next to a double bed. I'd rather have a real shower than a shower in a bathtub. Is dangerous to get in and out and you are not comfortable. The neighborhood was totally uninspiring. I prefer a hotel where the staff is enthusiastic, a nice neighborhood and the possibility of a healthy breakfast.

Very welcome, polite staff, decent room with quite large bathroom compared to other hotels, hearty and diverse breakfast, small downside on pillows far too soft, various restaurants nearby, close to the metro station, to recommend.

ACCOR customer, I stayed faithful to this hotel where I have stayed 3 nights a month for 4 years. Warm, attentive, almost family atmosphere. The manager, the receptionists and the lady at breakfast were constantly at my care.
