It was a wonderful executive suite for our family; the location is in the heart of downtown, right beside the Louvre Museum, with everything within walking distance. The service was absolutely top-notch, with lots of information and discussions with Michel, who was a nice person. Tahsan from the breakfast unit was also friendly and professional, supporting us in our search. We loved the atmosphere, and it was worth being there. Thank you.

Great location near the Louvre. The staff is incredible. So helpful and you are treated like a celebrity. The rooms are clean and well appointed. They bring Angelina chocolates every night. They also have a partnership with Galieries Layfette Haussman and will give you a pass to the vip lounge there. I got my VAT tax refund there and was able to rest and get refreshments before shopping the rest of the mall. As an American who loves her ice, they gladly filled my refillable water jug with ice very night. I will be sending all of my clients there for Paris trips.

Bon Jour Our first time in Paris, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Jess, Joanne, Sonia, Damien, and Jerone for their outstanding service. Jess made us feel welcome from the start, Jess and Sonia were helpful with directions and recommending places to see, and Joanne made breakfast each morning a pleasure with her friendly chats and her smile. Thank you all for making our first visit to Paris so memorable. We would happily stay here again. Ciao Pina, Michael and Lina. x
