Excellent service, from receptionists, to people who support at breakfast the breakfast varied and very rich... Excellent location, a few steps away there is shop, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy, and 2 minutes train station Walking distance you will reach several places of interest, about 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower

I booked because they always responded to my emails. I needed a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. The young receptionist with glasses and long hair was extremely friendly and smiling when explaining the hotel's services to us. The room is very clean and completely renovated in a modern and luxurious style. The view is exceptional, you can see the tower from the bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and you sleep very well. I advise everyone to book and to be respectful when using all the accessories because we don't want them to be ruined by rude people when we return.

I stayed at Maison 46 during my visit to Paris and the experience was very positive. The location is really great: the hotel is close to several metro lines, which allows you to reach any point of the city in a few minutes, making travel extremely convenient. The rooms, although not very large, are more spacious than the Parisian average, well maintained, clean and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Breakfast offers quality products, with really tasty homemade cakes. The choice is not vast, but still sufficient to meet different tastes and needs, from sweet to savory. A plus point certainly goes to the staff: friendly, helpful and always ready to help with advice or needs. In conclusion, Maison 46 is a welcoming, practical and comfortable property, perfect for those looking for a quality stay in Paris with an excellent location / services ratio.
