Good Hotel Aceuille great nickel room with attentive staff and always available in particular the manager of the property Mr Wilfried who was very friendly and the rest also of the reception team. I'll be back.

Not bad for passing I enjoyed the stay with my friends we were passing by we had to enjoy the town of cergy there is not bad trade around the hotel with Greeks and the mall less than 10 minutes walk we will come back.

First thing on arrival, a dozen rats running in front of the Pension! The person at the reception waits I don’t know what on the phone and doesn’t take care of me for ten minutes, fortunately a tall and curly colored gentleman arrives, he is very pleasant and listening to me. First surprise, uncollected garbage bags that ooze and smell in the hallway that is covered with a dirty carpet. In the bedroom, the toilet door full of dodgy stains and rust that we can barely close and cockroaches that run away on the floor, the room not cleaned with more crumbs on the small table and lots of other things on the floor. In addition a terrible smell of cigarettes in the room to the point despite the cool night sleeping with the window open while the Pension says 100ù non-smoking in each room. The window edges are burned by dozens of traces of cigarettes, one of the two main lamps in the room does not work. I find it shameful to charge more than 50 euros for this because it is borderline unhealthy. No information on accessibility as I have a disability with pills and in order to access the Inn (if you can really call it an Inn) I had to climb 25 steps outside without lighting with my luggage it was painful and took me ten minutes. No parking at all although it is indicated on a plate fixed to the Pension (parking under video surveillance). What about the common toilet in the basement, I didn’t even dare to use them because the smell is unbearable and cleanliness don’t talk about it!!! How can we call it a completely renovated Pension!!!
