Radisson Blu Boulogne

Room 609 The curtains were torn and had been stitched back together very poorly. The toilet and the walls had scratches and marks. It doesn’t live up to Hilton’s standards. The hotel is close to the metro, but there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, but the breakfast was poor.

Extremely poor Customer service. We forgot wine bottles in the fridge and we called within three hours of checking out and they said they could find the wine bottles. It was obviously stolen and they did not take any responsibility for it. Do not recommend.

Far from the standards of a 4-star hotel in terms of comfort, condition of the premises, and professionalism of the staff. No hot water for nearly 48 hours, which can technically happen, but there was no proactive information from the staff, nor any gesture to enhance the stay despite this inconvenience. Air conditioning in the rooms struggles to keep up with the heat wave. Food close to junk food.
