A weekend with jazz in a well-equipped and very clean suite. Congratulations to the room service. Restaurant with a slightly overwhelmed staff who are doing their best. Acceptable quality meal. Congratulations for the breakfast and its staff who are still engaged, ensuring nothing is missing from savory to sweet. Caution, the reception remains under the control of one person as the young recruits seem a bit overwhelmed. Well-managed pool with an acceptable temperature. Free parking on site is a good sign.

Had our 1st ever issue with your check in staff, we had tried to organise a meal at your restaurant for our one night stay but was unable to do so (suggest you improve this system as your losing business, make it more accessible to other Hotel booking sites, so people/Guests can make a reservation) When we arrived for check in i asked if we could make a reservation for that evening but was told the Restaurant was full and we had no chance, the Staff member was 'Fabian.H' not to be confused with the older Fabian who has always been great and polite, i tried to explain that we had tried to seek a method for booking a table but he didnt believe me, i had to go to my room, open my laptop and take a photo of my request, your staff member was rude, and un sympathetic not the qualities Front desk staff should process. Everything else was perfect as always, we were lucky enough to eat in the town and still had a good one night stay.
