Mercure Grand Hotel Le Touquet

We have already stayed at this hotel few times, and again our stay was good; short walk to the centre and to our favourite restaurants, easy to park our car, friendly staff. Only one problem, the hotel make a copy of your id which is strictly forbidden in France and in EU, they should take the details and put them in a "fiche de police". I had to ask proactively to get the copy back otherwise it may have stayed some time in a folder stored in a simple drawer with all the risks attached to identity theft.

Very enjoyable stay in this hotel, not far from the center. We greatly appreciated the impeccable service, the room upgrade, and the superior quality dinner at the restaurant. A place I highly recommend. A very nice bonus: access to the hotel pool to relax before dinner. Private parking with an electric charger.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and clean room. Bedding is perfect. The dining room is too noisy for my taste. The room where the breakfast items are located is really too small. Lacking some items for the price!! No hazelnuts, almonds, etc... Lacking products, like: toast. Many products purchased and not homemade, disappointing! Cars are parked around the hotel; it's a shame that people are not able to walk 200 meters!!! Very friendly staff The spa area is great: massages and treatments: a true delight!
